Text drop downs

Very new GIS user here. I am wondering if its possible to create a drop down option that you can type in.

I created a map in arc pro and shared it to ArcGIS online. In field maps I have a Name field and the domains are filled in with peoples names who will be working in the field as well as 'Other' as an option. Is it possible if the user selects 'Other' for them to type their name in?

It is not currently possible.  If you are dealing with named users and are wanting their friendly name and not their AGOL username you can use are Arcade to populate it instead of asking the user to pick from a list.
