Data of tunnels in germany

Question

I am working on a product that needs to process location data based on a position. One task is to treat locations that are captured near a tunnel differently.

I would like to know if ArcGis has any public data (maybe also by the community) of tunnels in germany.

there's a key: tunnel in the OpenStreetMap data:

Don't know if you can download this data through ESRI Sources ... ?
