Cannot save georeferenced image to new raster in Pro 3.0.2

I've brought in a historical map image to a project, created the control points, and I'm ready to export as a new raster. Well, it either just hangs there at "Exporting..." or it gives an error. I have no idea what to try next. This was not a big deal in Pro 2.9.x. Anyone have any ideas?

I finished creating the control points. It's when I get to the Export Raster part that it either gives a general error, no code....or it just sits there with, "Exporting....." and never completes. I have tried closing Pro and reopening it. Same result.
