Is it possible to create a widget on a dashboard that would allow the client to check off whether a project was completed?
Thank you for the suggestion. I considered using field maps. I am having trouble getting the form to populate to the map. Also, do you know if the field maps form will add to the existing attribute table?

Have you thought about using field maps for that and it would populate back to the dashboard. There are some widgets associated with the Emergency Management solution, but those might just be for features in portal.
