Temporal wind analysis

I have had wind speeds of five different locations hourly in the last two years. I wish to develop the wind model to get wind speed at any location inside the region. Wind speed values are stored in an excel file.

1. Could anyone explain to me the basic steps to develop this model?

2. How to join the wind speed data to shape files?

You could setup a Model to convert the excel file to a table and then join it with the matching point. If you set your model on a timer it would can auto run as often as you'd like.
