Business Analyst Tarket Marketing Wizard Error

I recently updated to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 and received this error "Segmentation is unavailable for Current Data Source" when using the "Target Marketing Wizard" tool under Business Analyst. My Business Analyst Data Source is connected to "Esri 2022" through the Portal. I don't know if this is a software or a licensing issue. Thank You
