Add a "Open workspace" button

For the use of workspaces, in addition to the buttons already there :

It would be easier for users to have a new "Open workspace" button. Right now, a user that wants to open an existing workspace - without losing his current work - has to do the following :

1. Set path to a temporary workspace folder

2. Import workspace from the existing folder

3. Set path again to the existing folder

I'm glad to share that Open Workspace feature is now available in ArcGIS Earth V2.1 just released earlier in Dec 2023.
