Attributes not showing in Field Maps pop-up but do show in AGOL

Hi there, 

We are having issues not being able to see certain attributes for features in Field Maps. For example, in the web map on the browser, we can see the restrictor size in the popup:

 

But it reads as a dash in Field Maps:

 

 

Any pointers on what might be happening/how to fix this?

Hi Hayley,

Are you looking at the same feature? In the screen shot from the browser it looks like the diameter might be 32.00 whereas the Field Maps image shows 25.00.

There appear to be 3 different features in the browser popup. Maybe it's one of the others?

Just a thought.
