Map Viewer forms editing input type 'Switch' no longer working as of this morning

Hello,

I have a web map, with editable layers, that allows a user to toggle a selected features visibility at different scales by simply sliding the switch left or right.

Yesterday everything was working as designed, however, this morning the switches are not longer responding when a user clicks on it. All other editing functions and input types work, it just seems to be with the 'Switch' input type.

I'm wondering if it has to do with the system maintenance that occurred last night?

Thanks for posting. We are looking into the issue and should roll out in a patch soon.
