Josh, I seem to be having issues getting case detailed information. I can't recall, do support requests for My Esri go through Esri Support?

Issues with My Esri itself can be reported using the Ask a Question form, found in both Classic My Esri and the beta.
For issues specifically with the beta version, you can use Feedback. You can find the link to it in two locations: on the Home page (where you land if you click the Home icon); and the Help menu (accessed from the ? question mark on the Home menu).
My Esri Classic also has a feedback form, which is accessed from the "My Esri Help" widget found alongside every page.
Feedback that comes in through the Feedback channels come directly to the My Esri team.

Are you referring to the Support Overview (as shown in the first image in Josh's post above), or the page we call the Dashboard in My Esri Classic? Or something else? A screenshot (scrubbed of any personal info) would be helpful.

I responded from the 'feedback link' on logging in that invited us to see the beta preview.
I like this view when I log in - the new one is too simple - an option to use both would be best 🙂
