Hey guys,
I am trying to change the pin colors based on property in the excel file that i have updated. Any tips on how to do that? Any tips or anything would be a great help.

There is no simple way to do this within the BA Web interface but it can be inherited from ArcGIS Online.
For Pro you can use any of the symbology rules and it will be picked up. Publishing to Online will allow the feature service to be picked up.

Interesting...of all the capabilities of this product, you'd think changing the pin color would be on the list somewhere without needing to use a different application. I'd think this is worthy of a feature request at least.
