New Map Viewer interface bug in Sketch Tools

I am using the Sketch tools in the ArcGIS Online New Map Viewer in Firefox on a Windows 10 PC. If I close the Sketch Tools and then reopen them, the panel does not appear, and the toolbar is off the left side of the screen (see attached screenshot). I have to save the map and reload the page to get the tool panel to appear again.
