In ArcMap, using the Load tool in Catalog, we had a window that let us do field matching:
That functionality was extremely useful. The input fields don't always match the target fields, so the matching window let us manually set up the field mapping as needed.
That was a huge improvement over the Append tool.
Does ArcGIS Pro have equivalent functionality?
