Datastore service starts and fails

Question

Hello, the ArcGIS Datastore service suddenly start to fail. After restart it works about a minute and then fails again.

No antivirus.

Researching logs I found following error:

What can be the source of this error?

It looks like  a broken or missing JSON config file. Have you looked at the newest log files to see what they say? Edit -- yeah that's what you said already duh...

Try again -- is there any clue as to which file it's trying to open?
