Count of features in each class with ArcMap graduated colors

can i do that without Python , i knew its found in Pro i think dont know if i can do it in arcgis 10.4 to have like the image attached

The count is an ArcGIS Pro feature that does not exist in ArcMap. I could suggest adding a field, classifying it, and counting using Summarize.. or the Summary Statistics tool, but adapting your python script to run in ArcMap would probably be easier.
