Create a imagery layer

Hi,

I´am the admministrator in the organization, a GIS profissional user type with arcgis image for arcgis online add-on. I´am trying to create a imagery layer in arcgis online from a satellite image in geotiff format,  but can´t upload the image file, the upload process gets stuck in pending.There is an addcional configuration to upload images files?
