Allow configuration of Events Page in HUB

Please add more options to configure what is shown/not shown in the Events page.

We would like the capability to disable "Attend" button and "Sponsored by" info.

Currently we are using the "hide it" by modifying the Site footer as suggested here:

But that is a band-aid approach.

The code we had put in the custom footer to hide the attend and sponsored by areas mysteriously vanished.

I had to re-add and re-publish.

So anyone using this approach beware, the band-aid can fall off...
