Upgrading from 4.20 --> 4.21+, our has 3X or 4X the number of feature layer requests. Is there a new setting to limit the number of layer requests?
Using arcgis/core in a react application.
Looks like if you set visibility = false, the layer is still requested even though it doesn't show on the map. This is a new feature for 4.21+. 😞
