Excel file not loading in enterprise

Greetings,

I have an excel file with column names such as Let, long, and date (3/4/2021). The data has been collected over time for different locations.

Using ArcGIS enterprise 10.9, I am trying to load data for a dashboard. It is not reading the file when adding an item. What is the problem? Does the format of the date in Excel need to be changed?

Hello @LusaMai, thank you for reaching out. Could you upload a stripped version of you excel sheet that only has the column names? If not, could you confirm the names of the lat/long columns and their format? This may play into why this is not working properly.
