Multiple photos on single point - Want one photo per point

Hello -

I have photos that were taken with Collector (currently sitting in ArcGIS Online). I have multiple photos on the same point. But unfortunately we now need a single point with a single photo. Stacked points are ok. 

 

Is there an automated way to pull out these photos and create one point per photo? The photos should be georeferenced by Collector anyway.
