In ArcGIS story map , there is an pop that asks you to update any layer that doesn't match the sharing option chosen eg public. This is a good way to check that all layers are shared the same way. Can we have that option in ArcGIS hub., where the pop asks the publisher to update layer sharing properties before allowing publishing.
