Pop-ups work in Map Viewer Classic, but not in Field Maps or Explorer.

I have a pop-up on a point feature that I configured a custom URL to pass data from Field Maps to ArcGIS Survey123. Now all of a sudden the point feature is not adhering to the pop up configuration of the map.
