i am using app studio 5.1.80 Builder suscription Plan but don't see survey123 template

Where can i download the version of app studio works with Survey123 template?

Survey123 template is not missing, but they are not there because there is no Survey123 version that is compatible with AppStudio 5.1. The team is currently is working on releasing Survey123 3.13 that AppStudio 5.1 compatible, and as soon as it is released, the source code will be made available in AppStudio 5.1
