How can I get the blue progress spinner?

Question

How can I get the blue spinning "donut" icon like we see in the attribute table and map view when you click the "refresh" button?

I don't see that icon in the icon reference here, or any samples on how to make it spin like the existing ones.

Hi, that is the waiting cursor control and is documented in the UI Controls section in the ProConcepts Framework doc here.
