Form what I understand there WILL be a Southeast User Conference (SERUG) April 10-13 in West Palm Beach, Florida. I do not know the registration fee or the conference site. It is only 2 1/5 days, Monday - Wednesday.

The SERUG has been rebranded as the Public Sector GIS Conference. It is scheduled for April 11-13 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
