Failed to connect to database: Cannot load dll

Question

Hi,

I have encountered with errors when I want to import the Personal geodatabase. I didn't have such errors before, and it just pops up after the weekend. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Hi @BoyuanLu, it looks like you posted this to ArcGIS Online section. You might have better luck posting on ArcMap.

Some troubleshooting questions:

* Have you tried the steps in this article: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000013670 and on this documentation page: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/manage-data/databases/troubleshoot-connections.htm
* Can you open/connect to the database outside of ArcMap? 
* Have you updated your OS recently?
* Is the database a replica?
* If you revert to a previous version of the DB does it open?
* Is MSJet the latest version? If not, can you upgrade it?
