How do i get a georeferenced aerial (jpg) into a format that can be added to an online map

Question

I have the files listed below from a surveyor.  They import and reference into ArcPro accurately.  what i'd like to do is get them into my arc online space in a way that it can be added as a layer to an online map used in a photo tour as the online aerial is way out of date.

Hi Tim - if you have an ArcGIS Enterprise configuration set up, you can share a web imagery layer using the steps outlined here.  You mentioned you wish to share to your ArcGIS Online organizational account (I could be wrong here) but I don't think that's possible using ArcGIS Online.  I tested it in the Map View and the Catalog Pane and both workflows failed.
