border style of poligons maps

Hello
I created a map for my agents, my only problem is to minimize the edges of each area (Sicilian municipalities)

I created an account on argis to see if I could modify in this sense
i uploaded my map in gpx and this is it


how can i minimize the edges of polygons?


Also, if it is possible, do I need argis online or can I with another editor?
