Interleave layers

Hi,

I am looking for suggestions on how to interleave my FeatureLayers with BaseMap layers. Below is the order in which I want it to show up:

Some graphic layer
Places (Cities, Towns, etc)
Custom FeatureLayer 1 containing points on the map (like store locations)
Roads (all)
Custom FeatureLayer 2 containing polygons (like ZIP Code area)
Ground layers (terrain, landuse, etc.
