Web App builder in Enterprise 10.8.1 suddenly not working.

Question

There is a bug for similar behavior in ArcGIS Online: BUG-000128009. I hope this helps. It shows that this has been fixed in the latest update. For Enterprise, I would recommend checking this workflow in the latest version. If that is still the case, this bug can be logged against ArcGIS Enterprise

Thank you for posting the solution. We just had the same problem on 10.8.1 - so it's not just you! We had defined shared theme colours but not a logo. I wonder if ESRI has logged this as a bug... @IvoR

Thanks for this, it turned out that the problem was related to the Shared Theme, resolved by adding a custom logo and then everything worked fine.
