The survey was working last week. We had tweaked some calculations and relevant fields (nothing major) now the surveys will not send, getting hung up on the spinning green wheel.Survey123 for ArcGIS

I had a simmilar issue before but the solution does not seem to work for my problem this time https://community.esri.com/thread/229934-cannot-read-property-name-of-undefined

If you're working on an enterprise level restarting the feature service from server manager seems to do the trick too.
republishing from ArcMap seemed to have fixed the issue. still unsure why it was working for a time and then stopped working.
I just tried to create a new survey (no formatting or customization) from the existing feature service from within survey123 connect (same as the feature service in original post) and the same green spinning wheel hangs while trying to submit. any ideas Johnathan Hasthorpe ?
