I want to learn how can I add more than one rule to topology using ModelBuilder, how can I get the window attached below.

It's possible some of your troubles are from your file naming. You will be happier if you avoid embedding spaces and never start any folder, database, feature class name etc with a number. Also I'd avoid the .mdb format, it is deprecated (Pro can't even see personal (mdb) geodatabase workspaces.)
