That option works very well in some cases, but the match between projects could be reduced because the conrtrol points distribution, usually it's better to have the option for merge the projects improving the coincidence adding tie points in the overlap areas, I'm afraid that this is not possible in D2M.

I have numerous clients who are also asking this. As of today Drone2Map produces output from single missions.
My current methodology is to take the outputs from Drone2Map and put them into a Mosaic Dataset in ArcGIS Pro. Then from the Mosaic dataset produce a Tile Package that I can load to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
