Disclaimer on maps?

Is there a way to put disclaimers on maps on Arcgis.com?  Any ideas on any place to put them would be very helpful.

Include in the Metadata where it indicates Use Limitation.

if you're using a web app, you can use the splash screen for this.

If you configure a custom pop-up window for your data you could just add a disclaimer at the bottom.  It would show up in every pop up window.
