open the Collector by a url with parameters

Hello,

Is it possible to open the Collector by a url with parameters?
For example: I want to send an SMS with a url, so that the collector will open and zoom directly to a specific feature.

When a feature class has few hundreds of points, I don't want the field crew to start searching the map for an event.

Hi Ben - In the new Collector app (released on iOS and in beta on Android) you can now pass in a search parameter with Collector links.

Hi Russell. Has this been implemented? the ability to pass the FIND parameter for a specific feature attribute?

Currently this is not possible. We are building in support for feature search that will mirror what Explorer for ArcGIS has today. You will be able to search features that have been configured correctly in the web map and using the search tool you could find those features.
