Als ik geen geoprocessing-service hoef te publiceren, is het dan oké om bij ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 te blijven maar ArcGIS Desktop te upgraden naar 10.7.1?<\/P>

You can still use ArcMap with a previous version of ArcGIS Enterprise. However, if there is new functionality at version 10.7.1 within ArcGIS Server, you will need to upgrade your server site.
