The Business Analyst Desktop 2018 U.S. Data Update is currently available. Please take another look on your MyEsri site and it should show up for download.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your reply. I just checked again and I still don’t see the 2018 data. We recently had to reauthorize all of our licenses, but I don’t think that should cause us not to see the download option. If I remember correctly, I have seen it before that ESRI has sent out the notification that the data was ready before their tools pushed the download to My.ESRI; However, I don’t think we ever received any emails about the 2018 release.
