Thanks Katy, Sorry for the spam. Trying to get some sites up and running today. One other thing I can't seem to locate is the Visual Studio template. It's mentioned in the "What's new" but I can't find a link.
I was running the Beta version just fine. I uninstalled the Beta version and installed the release but am getting the error: "HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server ErrorCalling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll" failed". Since the previous version was working ok I'm wondering what's different that would cause an issue. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
each time the software reverts it back to the machine name with port 80.
Hi Zachary:I'm assuming you mean that you want Application Builder to publish Viewer apps using a FQDN. All you need to do to get this working is update the AppsBaseUrl in Builder's web.config with the desired URL.
Hi Zachary,Yes. Please see this help topic: Adding secured services No. The recommended pattern is a proxy page as this is a more secure path.Hope this helps,
Does the viewer support the ability to access secure ArcGIS Server Services?
Specifically avoiding a proxy page and having the client provide specific credentials?
We need to localize the viewer as well as the sharepoint mapping api to Hebrew...
Will I need to build all my sites again, or is there process for upgrading to the final release from beta that does not lose the sites that were built in the beta version?
Hi Ryan,I think you saw my answer in the beta forum, but I'm reposting here for others:The ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight 1.0 Final release is based on the ArcGIS API for Silverlight v2.4. See our Silverlight/WPF blog for a bit more info on the updates made for v2.4.KatyPS - We encourage everyone to begin using this forum over the beta community forum, as the beta community forum will be closed down in the near future.
Hi Ryan,Can you give it another try now? Katy
Is there a localization kit we can use to localize the viewer?
