Disable Snapping for 'Out of Service' features

Is there a way to disable snapping for junction features with the 'lifescyclestatus' set to 'In Service' on a edge feature with 'lifecyclestatus' set to 'Out of Service'?

Our junction-edge connectivity rules allow for the Asset Group/Asset Types to snap, but can we include additional logic in the UN configuration to look at the lifecyclestatus field when snapping?

You're welcome to log an idea for it on the community site. There have been similar requests made for lifecycle status to be considered when evaluating topology rules.
