How do you create a table-list within a group with a bunch of questions that share a select_one question, like in the screenshot below?
It's called a single select grid now I think. You use table-list appearance

One caveat is that you can't have a conditional question right after the select question. For example, if a user selected 'Dislike' above, you may want a text question to display asking for details about what they didn't like. While you can have these outside the table-list, you can't have them directly after the select question.

In Survey123 Connect, I want to use the hint and guidance_hint, but they are not configured on the correct lines. Instead of appearing below the question they are configured for, they appear above it.Could this be an error?
