Create a new Survey123 record entering an address or a pump station number

Hello everyone,

I can add a new records in Suurvey 123 entering an address. Is there a way to create a new record entering a Pump Station number? Is there a way to import the pump Station shape or coordinates X,Y state plane or Lat Lon?

In short:

* Build a CSV file with the pump stations and their corresponding lat/lon values
* Display all pump stations in a list
* Use pulldata() to get the X/Y values of the selected pump station
* Use the XY values to populate a geopoint question (you can choose to show or hide the geopoint question in the form
*
