Can graphics in an ArcGIS Pro graphics layer have a leader line?

It appears not.  This would be a really helpful thing to have.

In ArcMap there was an option to have a graphic text with a leader line in a Data View, though the other graphic objects could not have a leader line

In ArcGIS Pro it appears that no graphic objects can have a leader line, not even text.

Thanks @CraigWilliams.  Is there a way to add a leader line to other graphic objects, such as an image or a drawing?

Leader lines are supported for text graphics. Add/remove them via the context menu. The text symbol callout settings can be updated to change the appearance:
