Kinda New to GIS but Want to Learn Further

Hello,

My name is Jason Schmerer and I am kinda new to GIS but want to learn and develop further. I have been using Google Earth a lot but want to take it a step further. I know ArcGIS is the industry standard. I want to learn and develop. I know it is a marathon of learning and not a race. I appreciate the community of GISers and look forward to learning!
