Add feature in feature layer from another feature layer on AGOL?

Hi,

i have two hosted feature layer with the same field.

I would like do like a merge in Arcmap.

It's possible in AGOL?

I have allow attachments to.

In AGOL there is the Merge layer tool (see: Perform analysis—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS ) but I am not sure how and if it will handle attachments. Sometimes it is easier (in case it is a one time action) to download the data and merge it locally.
