Enhance Add XY tool add geographic coordinates to projected dataset tables

Currently you need to either project the data and copy the values over (a pain), or write a python script to get the geometry (also a pain). This is an unecessarily difficult implementation of a *very* common workflow!

This is implemented now implemented using the Calculate Geometry tool in ArcMap and Pro.
