Arranging Attributes within a Pop-up

I've added an unique image to my pop-ups, but now want that image to appear as the second attribute field in my pop-up (under the title). It currently defaults the image at the bottom of the pop-up. How can I move it up or down? If I can't, we should have this functionality.
