Set a default Geocode locator in the Find Address tool

When choosing the binoculars to find an address, I always point to the same geocode service; it would be nice to set a default one

I would also like to be able to disable the default locators that come with ArcMap. More then once, the service has gone down, and prevents users in my group from being able to change over to one of our locators.

Geocoding needs considerable updating...This is a mus/no-brainert!!! It should always look in a default location! Also, enable saving locators with a Layer (.lyr) file. 2ndly, ability to drag/drop a locator on a table/Excel spreadsheet or vice-versa in AC to begin the geocoding process. 3rdly, right-click table or Excel sheet, click geocode to use the default locator and run w/out user interaction.
