WAB Widget to Open Analysis Exports (Feature Collection, GeoJSON)

The Analysis Widget within Web AppBuilder allows you to export your results to CSV, Feature Collection, and GeoJSON and even save the results to your own AGO account if it's configured to do so.  The widget I'm proposing would allow the end user to open a previously saved Analysis Widget export from their computer and display it back in the WAB at their convenience.
