A label widget that allows you to display and move around labels. Also need to be able to print with these labels, especially with custom widgets such as 'Print Plus.'

This will help. I am currently using the original draw tool to fill in missing labels that don't display when zoomed too far out for printing. I like the right click functionality of this one. will have to add it to my web app. Thanks for your help.
