Allow Collector to link to other applications

In the same way that Navigator gets a link jump to collector, it would be great to get this functionality for other apps. As an example a user could be running a different app to monitor status of an external GNSS receiver and then he could switch back to collector for doing the standard collection. These app links would help to move from one app to the other in an easy way. The switch between apps would be done by a simple registration to the collector or other Esri apps.
